Since the founding of the State of Israel, Israelis and Palestinians have built their respective cultures ever mindful of the nearby "other." During this talk and discussion, Dr. Rachel Korazim will explore the ways Israelis and Palestinians have developed dynamic approaches to the cultural exchange between the two peoples through literature and the popular Israeli sitcom, "Arab Labor."Dr. Rachel Korazim is a freelance Jewish education consultant specializing in curriculum development for Israel and Holocaust education. She is a graduate of Haifa University with a Ph.D. in Jewish education. Rachel has vast experience in Jewish education both in Israel and the Diaspora.
