White Rose Reception at Duquesne University

Join Classrooms Without Borders in welcoming the White Rose Exhibit at Duquesne University. Dr. Michael Naragon (Winchester Thurston School) and Dr. Mark Frisch (Duquesne University, Department of Modern Languages and Literatures) will speak on the historical background of the White Rose. The lectures are accompanied by a screening of the short documentary "The Search for the White Rose", which follows Peter Logue, a college student from Connecticut who set out to Germany to learn about the legacy of the White Rose resistance today. Light refreshments will be served.

The White Rose travelling exhibit will be on display at Duquesne University from October 6 - 9.
